COVID-19 INFO

To our Poolmaster community,

I’d like to take a few moments to tell you about Poolmaster’s revised operations during the outbreak of Covid-19.

Poolmaster has been intently monitoring government reports, updates and announcements during the ongoing pandemic. Under the list of Essential Businesses, Poolmaster falls under more than one category (sanitization supplies, support and maintenance, and safe operations of residences and essential businesses). With that said, everyone’s health and safety are to our utmost concern, and we’re ensuring we do our part to prevent the spread of this virus.

Poolmaster is following all suggested health protocols such as rigorous disinfection, wearing protective gear, social distancing, and modified retail practices.

If your pool is waiting to be opened, please be assured Poolmaster can still perform this task and get your pool fully operational.

If your pool is already opened and running, please know Poolmaster can perform weekly and bi-weekly maintenance to ensure the water is balanced, and most importantly safe to swim in.

If you’ll be the weekend warrior and tend to your pool yourself, Poolmaster is still offering free water testing – please leave your water sample in our mailbox. We are also providing chemical delivery.

We ask our customers to also actively play a part in disinfecting and social distancing. If a Service Technician is working in your backyard, please avoid interaction. All enquiries you may have can be answered by store staff. If you or anyone you are self-isolating with has come into contact with Covid-19, please inform us so services can be cancelled.

If you haven’t done so yet, please schedule your pool opening as soon as possible. We want to ensure we can accommodate your needs with our reduced staff. All non-essential pool services (minor leaks, tile work, painting, etc.), will be scheduled based on when government says it’s safe to do so.

If you have any enquiries, product or service related, we encourage you to reach out to through phone or email to eliminate foot traffic at our retail location. Please be patient – it may take longer to answer calls and emails.

We understand these are stressful times and will strive to help bring some “normality” back into your routine. I appreciate your loyal support for Poolmaster and cannot thank you enough for continuing your patronage during this challenging time.

All water samples, please label with your name and phone number and leave in the mailbox or during Store hours we ask you to wait outside while we test your water.

Poolmaster strives to maintain customer satisfaction in a safe and professional manner. This situation is temporary, and we all hope business to resume back to normal, but in the meantime, know we are here and will help in any way we can
