Meet The Team

Talon Crocione - Owner

Talon has been the face of Poolmaster since 2008; he has taken the reins from Ted Duncan who has mentored him and passed on his 50+ years of knowledge in the Pool & Spa industry. He manages the day to day sales, staff and service needs for our thousands of service and in-store customers. He continues to grow the business year after year by emphasizing hands on customer service, proper staff training and certifications. He is fully bilingual in French and English. His accreditation’s include, but not limited to:

  • CPO certification
  • G3 HVAC Technician
  • Safe Water Discharge Certification
  • Scuba Diver Certification
  • Lowry pool & spa chemistry certification
  • W.H.I.M.S. certification

VICTORIA - accounts MANAGER

Victoria has an extensive background in customer service and building client relationships. Victoria joined Poolmaster in 2015 and is now the operations manager of the business. On top of her role of planning and controlling, she also performs the bookkeeping and administrative duties of the company. She has a keen eye to detail and is meticulous when it comes to our customers accounts.Her accreditation’s include:

  • Water Chemistry 101
  • Lawrenson’s Pool & Spa Water Chemistry
  • Best Management Practices for Water Discharge

Mark

Approaching the end of his third decade with Poolmaster, Mark brings unsurpassed familiarity on both a personal and client site level to our customers. He is well versed in all service aspects of the pool and spa industry and has completed many industry manufacturers programs from Hayward, Zodiac, Raypak and Softub among others.

His accreditation’s include:

  • CPO certification
  • Lowry Pool and Spa Chemistry levels 1 & 2

Shaun - Field Service Manager

Shaun was introduced to the pool and spa industry in 2015 and since become our lead senior technician. Formally working as a chef, he has brought the heat from the kitchen into the backyard. His drive to learn a new trade has resulted in late work hours, but also excellent pool maintenance, impressive equipment installs and superior customer service. When Shaun isn’t working out on the field he uses his skills in shop to help with Softub repairs.

JERRY - SERVICE MANAGER

Kara

Kara joined the Poolmaster team in 2022 and she’s here to solve your toughest problems with a smile on her face. Committed to working hard and never afraid to get her hands dirty, Kara spends most of her time in the office but also runs out on service when needed. Tyler s- Senior technician

Tyler is our youngest senior technician with a keen eye for detail and a passion for solving tough issues, making pool maintenance easier one step at a time. Specializing in service with a knack for customer relations, Tyler is ready to take your pool troubles away, helping our customers get the most out of their swimming season. #ServiceWithASmile

YVONNE - In-House Repair Manager

Yvonne joined Poolmaster in 2019 and has been a valuable asset since. She is a quick learner and her passion with engineering strives to bridge the gap between technology and retail. She’s tech-savvy with an eye for detail. Yvonne works hard as our in-store robotic repair technician and Softub and Hydromate repairs is always ready to lend a helping hand.

CARLINA - RETAIL

Carlina joined the team in 2016 and brought a unique dynamic to the Poolmaster family. She has since stepped back from her role as store manager after recently giving birth to her third child, but has dedicated her free time to helping where needed. Her energy is contagious and she has a way of making customers laugh and feel relaxed. Her sheer enthusiasm and positive attitude can help teach you the ways of being a Pool Master. When Carlina isn’t at work she loves spending time with her children, partaking in school field trips and other fun adventures. Her accreditation’s include:
